STORM signals were lifted in parts of Northern Luzon where tropical depression “Falcon” dumped most of its rain on Wednesday but a new low pressure area (LPA) hovers the region, the state-run weather bureau said.
As of 11 a.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) spotted Falcon at 195 kilometers east of Aparri, Cagayan where it made landfall earlier in the day.
