MARAWI CITY: Maranao leaders are seeking amendment to Republic Act 11054, or the “Bangsamoro Organic Law” (BOL), especially on the provisions of the Management of Inland Waters that include the Lake Lanao.

Maranao environmentalist lawyer and federalist advocate Bayan Balt said Maranaos get peanuts from the billions of pesos generated every year by the Agus Power Complex, which feed off the lake.
