PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has linked the mother of outgoing Sen. Antonio Trillanes 4th to the supposedly anomalous purchase of P3.8 billion worth of Kevlar helmets for the military, a deal which he said involved the alleged mastermind of the pork barrel scam.
In his speech during the oath taking of local officials in Davao City on Friday, Duterte claimed that both parents of Trillanes, one of his fiercest critics, were involved in graft and corruption at the Philippine Military Academy (PMA).
