Cagayan Valley can’t ignore GHG increase

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan: In an effort to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in Cagayan Valley (Region 2), a South Korean-commissioned study on GHG inventory for local climate-change mitigation and low carbon development was recently conducted in the region.
