THE partylist coalition in the House of Representatives announced on Friday that it would nominate veteran actor Eddie Garcia for posthumous conferment as National Artist.
“We mourn, but we also honor and celebrate Eddie Garcia and his life well lived,” said Bagong Henerasyon Partylist Rep. Bernadette Herrera-Dy, secretary general of the Partylist Coalition Foundation Inc (PCFI) in a statement.
