Duterte off to Japan for Nikkei conference

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte left on Tuesday for Japan where he would attend the 25^th Nikkei Conference on the Future of Asia on May 30-31.

Duterte boarded a private plane, which took off at 4:53 p.m.
