VOTING 15-0-0, the Senate on Wednesday approved on third and final reading the proposed Security of Tenure Act or End Endo Bill prohibiting labor-only contracting.

Sen. Joel Villanueva, chairman of the Committee on Labor and sponsor and author of the measure, said that Senate Bill (SB) 1826 aimed to 'clarify ambiguities in existing laws that have allowed employers to tiptoe around the ban.'
