Malacañang on Monday expressed support to calls for the Philippine government to review a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Kuwait following the death of another Filipina household worker (HSW) in the hands of her employer.

Palace spokesman Salvador Panelo made the statement after migrants’ rights advocates called on the government to revisit the provisions of the accord to check possible gaps in its implementation by the Philippine and Kuwaiti government.
