NEW YORK: A quarter-century after nabbing the coveted Palme d'Or at Cannes for 'Pulp Fiction,' Quentin Tarantino is back at the world's top film festival on Tuesday to show his all-star new picture 'Once Upon A Time in Hollywood.'
