AN active policeman and his teen accomplice were arrested over a mauling incident on Monday.
Police Brigadier General Joselito Esquivel Jr., Quezon City Police District (QCPD) director, on Tuesday identified the policeman as Corporal Omar Lopez, 31, assigned at Northern Police District (NPD), and Ajan Tigas, 19, both from Barangay Bagbag, Novaliches.
