THE government will hold accountable those responsible for the collision of the Light Rail Transit 2 (LRT-2) trains that hurt 34 people, Malacañang assured the public on Monday.
Speaking to reporters, Palace spokesman Salvador Panelo said President Rodrigo Duterte was "concerned" about the incident.
