Duterte ‘signing papers,’ neither confirms nor denies he went to hospital--Palace

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte “neither confirmed nor denied” reports that he was hospitalized, his spokesman said on Sunday, after a tweet was posted earlier in the day saying that he was brought to the Cardinal Santos Medical Center in San Juan City.

The tweet also said that the hospital raised a 'Code Blue,' even in its parking area.
