Candon Music Festival promises three-day fun across all genres

Under the direction of National Artist for Music Maestro Ryan Cayabyab, Candon City will be holding the Candon Music Festival — a three-day festival of music which aims to awaken a profound appreciation of the different genres of music among Ilocanos. It also seeks to inspire the youth to develop a deeper appreciation of the music industry.
