‘Drug money may have been used for vote buying’

DRUG money might have been used to buy votes in the run up to the May 13 elections, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said on Thursday.

Col. Bernard Banac, PNP spokesman, said the cash distributed to voters could have been sourced from illegal narcotics.
