A poll watchdog wants the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to detail the causes of transmission and vote-counting glitches that marred the May 13 midterm exercise.
The National Movement for Free Elections (Namfrel), which earlier this month pulled out as the Comelec’s citizens’ arm after the latter declined a request for access to key voting data, criticized a “veil of secrecy” at the poll body.
