A former United States Marine killed two persons and then burned his house down, causing him to suffocate to death, in Cebu on Thursday.
The fatalities were identified as Dean Torrefranca, a US citizen; Jim Bartilic, 59, punong barangay (village chief) of Lawaan 3, Talisay City; and Jed Ybañez, a worker of the Talisay City Hall.
