May 12 declared Eufranio Eriguel day

THE Sangguniang Panlalawigan (Provincial Board) of La Union approved an ordinance declaring May 12 as Eufranio “Franny” Eriguel Day.

Former Second District Rep. Eriguel was killed while speaking before a village caucus on May 12 of last year; three of his supporters also died.
