Blasts rock Cotabato, Maguindanao town

COTABATO CITY: A grenade blast hit the town hall of Datu Odin Sinsuat municipality in Maguindanao province at around 1 a.m. on Monday, three hours after two rifle grenades fired from a distance exploded some 20 meters away from the back fence of Cotabato City hall.

No one was hurt in the explosions.
