Mayor Baldo surrenders

SUSPENDED Daraga, Albay Mayor Carlwyn Baldo surrendered to authorities on Friday morning, according to police.

Police Col. Wilson Asueta, Albay provincial director, confirmed to The Manila Times that Baldo was at the Legaspi Regional Trial Court Branch 10 at about 8:30 a.m.
