DAVAO CITY: The city government of Davao will again strictly implement the “No Backpack” policy during the mid-term elections on Monday.

The implementation of the policy aims to tighten security measures in the city as thousands of voters are expected at the polling precincts to cast their votes, the top officials of Davao City Police Office (DCPO) and Task Force Davao (TF-Davao) said during a media conference on Wednesday.
