Davao City council pays tribute to Nograles

DAVAO CITY: Members of the 18th council of the city government of Davao paid final tribute to former House speaker Prospero Nograles during their regular session on Tuesday.

On the same day, former Bayan Muna party-list representative Joel Virador succumbed to cancer at the Brokenshire Memorial Hospital in Davao City.
