Duterte signs law creating lone district of Mandaue City

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has signed a law creating the lone district of Mandaue City.

This means that under Republic Act (RA) 11257 signed on April 5, 2019, Mandaue will no longer be the sixth legislative district of Cebu.
