THE Senate on Friday will open its investigation on a series of videos linking President Rodrigo’s family to illegal drug activities.
SEN. Panfilo Lacson, chairman of the Committee on Public Order and Dangerous Drugs, said, however, that Peter Joemel Advincula who surfaced on Monday and admitted that he was “Bikoy,” the hooded figure featured in the five videos, must present to the panel his sworn affidavit and supporting documents for the investigation to continue.
