THE NATIONAL Bureau of Investigation is preparing to file inciting to sedition charges against a man behind the uploading on the internet of one of several videos linking President Rodrigo Duterte and his family to illegal drugs.

Rodel Jayme was arrested in his home in Parañaque City on Tuesday by virtue of a search warrant, which Makati Regional Trial Court Judge Andres Soriano issued early this week.
