Duterte vows 'clean and green' PH infrastructure systems

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has pledged to pursue 'clean and green' infrastructure systems, as he promoted his administration's Build Build Build program during a business forum in Beijing.

Duterte made the pitch on Saturday during the Leaders' roundtable session of the second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.
