AN unidentified Filipino was wounded when a mortar fell in the compound where he was staying near the Tripoli International Airport, the Philippine embassy in Libya said on Wednesday.
Chargés d'Affaires Elmer Cato said he and some embassy staff were on their way back to the embassy Tuesday afternoon after visiting Filipino nurses at the Tripoli Central Hospital and the Al Khadra General Hospital when he received a call regarding the incident.
