PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte will be leaving a number of "letters of dismissal" before he flies to China for the Belt and Road Forum on Wednesday.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the seventh Union Asia Pacific Regional Conference here in Pasay City on Tuesday, Duterte once again floated the termination of several government officials for corruption although he did not name them.
