A magnitude 4.5 aftershock from the earthquake that shook parts of Luzon this week was felt in Metro Manila early Wednesday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
Phivolcs Research Assistant Bhenz Rodriguez said the tremor at 2:02 a.m. was the highest recorded aftershock so far since the 6.1 magnitude quake that struck on Monday. That quake's epicenter was in Castillejos, Zambales but its intensity was felt in most of Central Luzon and in Metro Manila.
