THE city engineering office of Manila recommended an indefinite lockdown of the earthquake-damaged Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) building in San Marcelino.
A team of engineers from the city and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) inspected the building, which tilted on its side and leaned on the adjacent UN Residences.
