Duterte, ‘not feeling well’, skips Manila Boao Forum

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte on Monday skipped his scheduled appearance at the opening of the Boao Forum for Asia because he was 'not feeling well,' his spokesman said.

'He is not feeling well because of his punishing schedule plus his campaign sorties,' Palace spokesman Salvador Panelo said in a text message, when asked about Duterte's absence from the event.
