A total of 53 public transport workers tested positive for shabu during a nationwide surprise drug test by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) as part of its program in securing the safety of passengers going to provinces for the Holy Week.
Out of 7,729 public transport workers who got tested for drugs, 35 were bus drivers, 17 were bus conductors, and one was a dispatcher.
