Farmers hit by drought seek cash aid

Farmers and fishermen hit hard by El Niño are seeking cash assistance from the government.

Their leaders Emmanuel Rosario, Roberto Aleroza and Ireneo Cerilla narrated their sad plight in a news conference on Thursday in Quezon City.
