Napoles waives right to presence in trial of graft raps

JANET Lim-Napoles waived her right to be present during the trial of the graft cases which former Sen. Ramon 'Bong' Revilla Jr. is facing, along with other individuals, including her in connection with the Priority Development Assistance Fund or pork barrel scam.

Napoles' camp has filed a Waiver of Appearance before the Sandiganbayan's First Division, saying that she 'waives her appearance during the trial' under several conditions.
