8990 Holdings Inc. is reviewing the summons and notice of objection sent by the Philippine Commission Commission (PCC) last week over its exclusive internet service tie-up in its project in Tondo, Manila.

“The legal team of 8990 Holdings Inc. is currently looking into the matter and intends to respond with its verified answer within 45 days from receipt of [the] summons,” the listed mass housing developer told the Philippine Stock Exchange on Monday.
