DOUBLEDRAGON Properties Corp. on Monday held a top-off ceremony for Jollibee Tower in Ortigas Center, Pasig City after completing the construction of its 41st floor. In a disclosure, the listed property developer said the tower had a total leasable area of 59,365 square meters. The building, it added, would feature ground-floor retail concepts of the Jollibee Group and an events center on the second floor. The rest of the floors would be leased as office spaces and would include 1,149 arking slots. Jollibee Tower, DoubleDragon said, is expected to contribute P631.8 million to the company’s annual recurring income. DoubleDragon is a joint venture between its chairman Edgar “Injap” Sia 2nd and Jollibee Foods Corp. founder Tony Tan Caktiong. Shares of DoubleDragon climbed by 55 centavos or 2.46 percent to close at P22.95 apiece on Monday.
