DAVAO del Norte 2^nd District Rep. Antonio Floirendo Jr. said on Monday that he was among those vying for the Speakership, along with former Speaker and Davao del Norte 1^st District Rep. Pantaleon Alvarez.

In a statement posted on his Facebook page “Serbisyo Una,” Floirendo confirmed that he had met with some “very important personalities” to talk about how the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte should be kept stable in his remaining years as chief executive.
