THE hour-long yellow alert in the Luzon grid on Friday was lifted, the Department of Energy (DoE) said in an advisory.
A sufficient operating reserve caused by low actual demand prompted the DoE to bring down the alert at 3:22 p.m. after it was first raised at 2 p.m.
