Duterte names Abuel acting Budget chief

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte appointed Budget Undersecretary Janet Abuel as acting secretary of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Malacañang said on Tuesday.

In a statement, Palace spokesman Salvador Panelo said Duterte announced Abuel's appointment at the start of the Cabinet meeting in Malacañang on Monday.
