Davao-based firm offers to develop GenSan port

The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) said a Davao-based company offered to develop a port in Mindanao.

PPA General Manager Jay Daniel Santiago told reporters in a recent chance interview that Kudos Trucking Corp. submitted an unsolicited proposal to modernize the Port of General Santos.
