Absentee voters can cast votes from April 29 to May 1

THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) has set the dates for the local and overseas absentee voting (OAV), which will be held ahead of the May 13 midterm elections.

Comelec spokesman James Jimenez said on Thursday that local absentee voters could cast their votes from April 29 to May 1, while overseas absentee voters had one month to vote from April 13 to May 13.
