Balutan seeks impartial probe

Former Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) general manager Alexander Balutan demanded a “full and impartial” probe of the allegations against him.

Balutan said an impartial investigation should commence if there are indeed allegations of corruption leveled against him.
