A commuter in line for security inspection in a Light Rail Transit 1 (LRT-1) station was arrested over a bomb joke, police said on Tuesday.
Akbar Ismael was apprehended at the entrance of Gil Puyat station after claiming that the person in front of him has a bomb concealed inside his bag.
