ZAMBOANGA CITY: Chief Minister Murad Ebrahim of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) on Wednesday said he would not meddle in the Philippines’ claim to Sabah, a federal state of Malaysia, saying the dispute was between Manila and Kuala Lumpur.
