Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. asked the Sandiganbayan’s Special First Division to deny the prosecution’s appeal for a writ of execution for him to settle his supposed civil liability despite his acquittal of plunder in connection with the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) or pork barrel scam.
