A Pasay court handling Sen. Antonio Trillanes 4th’s case of “grave threats” deferred his arraignment that was scheduled today, Friday, pending resolution on a defense motion questioning the indicment.
Reynaldo Robles, Trillanes’ legal counsel, said Branch 47 of the Pasay Metropolitan Trial Court (MTC) ordered the deferment.
