LAUR, Nueva Ecija: In a bid to counter the communist insurgency in the province, President Rodrigo Duterte vowed to place Nueva Ecija under the government's agrarian land reform program.

In his speech during the inauguration of a drug treatment facility here, Duterte said he would deploy concerned officials next week to implement land reform in the province.
