BUDGET Secretary Benjamin Diokno will attend the hearing of the House of Representatives on the budget mess scheduled this Friday, his agency confirmed.

In a message to reporters on Thursday, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) announced that Diokno would be accompanied by Undersecretary Mina Pangandaman who was tagged previously as having ordered the insertion of P75 billion worth of projects to the 2019 appropriation of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DWPH).
