The Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church in Badoc town in Ilocos Norte would be declared as minor basilica on Tuesday, February 5, Fr. Howard Baliton, assistant parish priest, said.

“We are expecting more than 10,000 devotees who will attend the ceremonial elevation of the Marian shrine where the miraculous patroness of the province is enshrined,” Baliton said.
