Sixty-three percent of Filipinos aged 18 and above agreed that minors should be imprisoned for raping a person, 59 percent for killing someone, 49 percent for acting as drug couriers, 28 percent for snatching phones and 8 percent for stealing food, according to a Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey released at the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) office on Tuesday.
