PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday said the twin blasts in Jolo were likely the handiwork of suicide bombers, as he ordered the military anew to crush the Abu Sayyaf terrorists said to be responsible for the attack on Jolo Cathedral.

Speaking to reporters, Duterte said there was no doubt the terror and kidnap group Abu Sayyaf was behind the blasts, whose death toll rose to 21 on Tuesday.
